Room Hire at the Front Room
Woolwich Front Room offers a variety of multi-purpose spaces for hire, anything from community events, exhibitions, workshops and consultations to private therapy sessions, launches, celebration private parties, and activity evenings.
We provide tables and chairs and will set the room up as you need. We can also offer refreshments for your event.
We’re just 2 minutes' walk from Woolwich Arsenal Railway Station and Woolwich DLR and General Gordon Square which is served by many local bus routes. Also a short walk from Woolwich tube station on the Elizabeth line.
Room hire can be during our usual business hours, or we can accommodate bookings outside of those times too.

The Lounge
By day this space is our cafe and free activities area, it also hosts regular advice drop-ins by other organisations, as well as the occasional book signing.
Out of hours, The Lounge can be hired as a fully accessible space at the front of the building, it's a great multi-use space for small scale meetings, get togethers or pop-up businesses. With cafe tables and chairs and a relaxed vibe, it also has our Gallery space so you can view artwork by local artists too.
During usual business hours you can find a warm welcome from our staff and volunteers, delicious affordable vegan and vegetarian chef-made meals and cakes, and the option to play one of our board games or do some mindful colouring-in or drawing too.

The Study
Ideal for start-ups and smaller businesses, we have the perfect office space for you in the centre of Woolwich! Just a few minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal overground and DLR stations and the Woolwich on the Elizabeth Line. It's a great flexible working space, and we have a cafe and art gallery on-site too!
Fully equipped with WiFi, this delightful space is the perfect place to host meetings or get that essential work done.
Please note, this room is upstairs with no lift so is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with mobility issues.

A fully accessible, light and airy space with capacity for up to 50 people standing. This is an ideal space for meetings, training, workshops, talks, yoga or other gentle exercise classes, and for launches and private parties.
