Power In Pieces

Power in Pieces is a creative wellbeing programme for women, centred around Intention, Expression and Growth. Through supportive small-group sessions, participants use creative making as a way to reflect, express themselves and explore personal growth.

The journey includes intention-setting through gemstone bracelet making, self-expression through mixed-media bead artwork, and growth through creating a gemstone Tree of Life. Each activity is designed to encourage creativity, reflection and self-expression in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No previous creative experience is needed — the focus is on the personal journey and creative process rather than perfection.

This introductory five-session pilot programme is being offered free of charge and is fully funded, with limited places available. The pilot will run at Woolwich Front Room, 105 Powis Street, London SE18 6JB, from 16 September to 14 October.

Future Power in Pieces programmes and workshops may be offered on a paid basis.
